With MusicExtractor you can extract the audio track of any video as MP3. This program supports almost all commonly used used video formats and codecs. It has a simple interface with only an "Add Video" icon. After adding video, simply click "Extract". You can only customize the output format (MP3, OGG, and AAC); it doesn't allow selection of start and end time.
